| This is a 3 CD set recorded over two nights at the now-defunkt lower east side NYC club Tonic. The first disc is the regular band playing some new and old tunes. Discs 2 and 3 were extended jams that lasted about an hour each. It was a fun gig, and I played only electric keyboards on it, not one note of acoustic piano (that was Jason Moran). I don't remember much about the jams at all, except it felt good when it was happening! |
